As a proud graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, my practice is dedicated to providing evidence-based manual therapy that goes beyond conventional approaches. By intricately weaving structural integration with craniosacral techniques, I sink into the connection between the body’s central nervous system and the tensional integrity balance of skeletal muscle.
Beyond my role as a licensed massage therapist, I am a proud mother of two young athletes and a devoted wife to a IBEW Local 48 brother. The values instilled in me through family life resonate deeply with my holistic approach to health and well-being.
